If it is outside of normal office hours, please call Mountain View Animal Emergency at (301)733-7339.

Mountain View Animal Emergency is located at 13810 Crayton Blvd.  Hagerstown, MD, off the Maugans Avenue Exit.

In addition, MVAE communicates with CG&S for continued hospitalization and care for your animal.

About Emergencies

Emergencies come in all shapes and sizes, but have one thing in common: you are concerned about your pet. If you are not sure, do not hesitate to give our office a call, or call MVAE.

Some (but not all!) signs of an emergency include:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Trauma or accidents
  • Collapsing or not walking
  • Prolonged labor/delivery
  • Profuse vomiting or diarrhea
  • Eye problems
  • Difficulty urinating or defecating
